
Retake Policy: Attendees can retake any paid course as a refresher for a period of up to one year (and at a 50% discount for the second year) as long as space permits.
Payment: Most classes must be paid in advance.
Discounts: Discounts are available for some classes when 2 or more attendess from the same company attend. Other promotional discounts may be posted from time to time on our web site.
Cancellations: R.L. Nelson and Associates reserves the right to cancel any class for which there is an insufficient number of registrants. The decision to cancel or not to cancel a class will normally be made 5 days prior to the class date.
Refunds: Refunds will be given for classes canceled by R.L. Nelson and Associates. No refunds will be given for "no-shows"
