This class is designed for beginners to familiarize themselves with Crystal Reports. It uses a MS Access database with a workbook designed to allow a user to quickly learn how to connect to a database; insert data fields onto a report; modify the look and feel of a report; insert groups, subtotals, and grand totals. Users will also touch on some of the advanced features of Crystal Reports such as Report Alerts, conditional formatting, and conditional highlighting.

Premier Financial Applications

Class Description:

This class is a continuation of the Sage PFW General Ledger-Standard Edition course. It covers the added general ledger functionality that is only available with the Premier edition of the ledger. (This includes the Premier Transactions, Premier Consolidations, and Premier Inter-Company applications.) You must attend the Standard Ledger class first. You will be given the opportunity to work with the various Premier applications and to experience first-hand the principles of this comprehensive general ledger system. This course is for individuals who are involved in the anaylsis, support, and use of accounting software.

As a follow-up class to Visio I, the advanced class focuses on creating custom diagrams. This involves defining custom shapes and templates that can be adapted to your individual needs. Users will also learn how to export data from Visio to other Office applications, and will explore various methods for sharing diagrams.
