Class Policies
Retake Policy: Attendees can retake any paid course as a refresher for a period of up to one year (and at a 50% discount for the second year) as long as space permits.
Payment: Most classes must be paid in advance.
Discounts: Discounts are available for some classes when 2 or more attendees from the same company attend. Other promotional discounts may be posted from time to time on our web site.
Cancellations: Vertical Solutions reserves the right to cancel any class for which there is an insufficient number of registrants. The decision to cancel or not to cancel a class will normally be made 5 days prior to the class date.
Refunds: Refunds will be given for classes canceled by Vertical Solutions. No refunds will be given for "no-shows"

Class Hosting: A separate policy is available for hosting a class. If you are interested in hosting a class (outside the Pittsburgh, Columbus, or Philadelphia areas), please contact Lorrie at 724-733-4102 x114.
Vertical Solutions-an R.L. Nelson and Associates, Company is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
