Vertical Solutions has over a decade of experience and hundreds of implementations under our belt. This experience has allowed us to develop and refine an implementation methodology the ensure success for our clients. This process starts with a detailed review of the business and operational needs of a prospective client. This process helps to ensure that there is value in a new solution and establishes the project goals and outcome. The result of this process is a detailed Proposal Planning Document which includes both operational and strategic goals for the project as well as the proposed solution (including service fees). Once agreed upon the solution is presented to the decision making team, allowing them to see specifically how Dynamics GP will assist them in meeting their strategic and operation goals.

Once the decision is made to implement Dynamics GP, the Proposal Planning Document becomes the basis for the detailed implementation plan. Our knowledge of the solution, requirements of the client and project control processes allow us to provide Fixed Fee engagements that meet both financial and timeline requirements.
