Sage MAS90/200 Compete Offer

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Microsoft is excited to announce the “Sage MAS 90/200 Compete Offer” - a Microsoft Dynamics (U.S.) promotion targeting small and medium sized businesses that wish to take advantage of the rich functionality and low cost of ownership offered by Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV & Microsoft Dynamics SL.  The promotion is comprised of an up to 50% discount on Advanced Management (AM) or Business Essential (BE) users.  In addition you can receive a service rebate of up to a 25% discount of the Suggested List Price (SLP) to apply towards implementation costs and/or services, with a maximum amount of $25,000 USD.  This offer applies to new customers migrating from Sage MAS90/200 to Microsoft Dynamics.


DETAILS OF THE CUSTOMER OFFER
Effective Monday, May 4, 2009, and available until end of business day Wednesday, December 23, 2009, all new customers migrating from Sage MAS90/200 may be eligible to take advantage of this special up to 50% discount pricing promotion when purchasing Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Dynamics SL AM or BE users. 

Flat Per User Pricing
 The offer is summarized as follows:

  1. With the initial purchase of the Microsoft Dynamics products listed above, receive up to a 50% discount on the following:
    • AM  or BE users
    • DCO WSS users
    • a-LA-Carte Functionality
  2. With the initial purchase of the Microsoft Dynamics products listed above, the customer can receive a rebate of up to 25% of SLP
    • The customer will receive an electronic coupon (rebate) payable to the partner who they purchased the Microsoft Dynamics products from
    • Rebate must be applied towards implementation costs and/or services
    • The amount of the rebate will be up to 25% of the SLP
    • Maximum amount of rebate is $25,000 USD
  3. Commitment to a 3 year Business Ready Enhancement Plan is required

    • Enhancement Fees (Service Plan).  Enhancement fees must be calculated based on the SLP of all users and components. 
    • Microsoft Dynamics Client for Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (DCO MOSS)
    • Volume discounts (waterfall pricing) apply when calculating enhancement fees.
    • SQL Runtime Edition and Database licenses.
    • Business Lite Users.
    • Does not include AXIS solutions (Microsoft Dynamics AX Industry Solutions)
    • Third Party (ISV) software and functionality.
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM and CRM related Services or Components.
  • Other offers and promotions including volume discounts cannot be combined with this offer, including but not limited to Business Ready Flexible Pay (BRFP).

Notes:

  • All license purchases made after the initial license purchase will be based on estimated retail prices.
  • Customers are required to produce evidence of current license use.  Examples of acceptable evidence include: Original purchase invoice, recent maintenance or renewal invoices, System Report including license description, Screen Shot that captures license details and name/address of customer, etc.
