We held our Q1 Review with the team this week and I thought I would share some of the highlights.
Client Service Surveys are critically important to us and the feedback is used to continually improve our processes and services. I’m very proud that we continue to score high marks from our clients.

- 156 Surveys completed
- 65 Unique clients responded
- Average Score – 4.76 out of 5 or 95% satisfaction rate
Here are just couple of the comments out clients took the time to include with their surveys.
- The representative was nice, professional, and very helpful.
- The issue was addressed and resolved in an exceptional time. I was very satisfied with the result. Thank you.
- Justin did a great job solving both of my email issues.
- Blair was very quick and resolved my issue immediately.
In addition to providing exceptional levels of services to our clients we also added 7 new clients during the first quarter of 2017. These clients included new Dynamics GP clients, IT Managed Service Clients and Hosting Clients. Great job by our team!
