Microsoft Dynamics GP Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Our Microsoft Dynamics GP Consultants are responsible for helping clients understand their accounting systems requirements, offer a solution, implement the solution and provide follow up training and support. Our consultants receive extensive hands on training and exposure to a number of different industries.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • 2-4+ years experience consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or other mid-market solutions a plus!
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Self-directed and self-motivated
  • Passionate about serving customers and learning new skills and technologies
  • Team oriented focus
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and maintain a certification in a Microsoft Dynamics competency.
  • Install, setup, configure, implement, integrate and test application solutions.
  • Follow project management requirements, user and customer requirements.
  • Train end users on use of accounting system
  • Assist with sales demonstrations
  • Assist with organizing Dynamics classes and seminars
  • Provide or contact technical support on Dynamics products or third party packages.
  • Assign and review work assigned to others
