Vertical Solutions' VCare Applications Support Plan
Under Sage's guidelines, the currently supported versions of Sage PFW are Sage PFW 2010 and Sage PFW Version 5.9.
For our Sage PFW clients who are not current on their SagePFW ClientCare plan and/or have not kept up with their annual upgrades and product enhancements, Vertical Solutions has developed the VCare ASP Plan.
Benefits of the plan include:
- Guaranteed four hour response time
- End user technical support for unsupported versions of SagePFW
- Fixed annual investment for Vertical Solutions end user technical support services
- 5% savings on any new SagePFW modules purchased during the term of the VCare ASP
- On-site hourly rate of $160.00 guaranteed with agreement
